Looking to quit smoking but short on time? Our 28 Day Challenge is perfect for those who require flexible support when kicking the habit. We'll support you for six weeks through telephone support from our dedicated team of advisors who'll be by your side every step of the journey at a time and place convenient to you.
Our Drink Less programme is for anyone drinking over 14 units per week and looking to reduce their alcohol intake to within the recommended levels or abstain for good. We offer 1:1 and group session in addition to digital options such as the One You Lincolnshire app and free access to sign up for the ‘One Year No Beer Challenge’.
This course is a follow on from the Alcohol Workshop, part of our Drink Less Service
This is for service users who are relatively active, doing around 31-90 minutes of physical activity a week. This will provide you with a 12-week intervention within a leisure centre, with a level 3 exercise referral qualified member of staff who will help you with a gym-based tailored exercise programme to suit your needs. Depending upon the leisure provider, the programme membership may also include swim, gym and/or classes.
Designed for service users with a long-term health condition who are quite active, completing around 91-149 minutes of physical activity a week, yet would still like to find ways of becoming more active. There will be a directory of services within Lincolnshire, which will include different ways of being active in the community. A vast range of activities will be available to suit all needs, from gardening and walking groups to football and netball groups. If you are feeling nervous about attending a new group, don’t worry we are happy to attend your first session with you.
Our Health Coaches offer support to those clients who want to make changes but are struggling with motivation or wish to make more than one Healthy Lifestyle change at a time.
This pathway is for clients who are drinking over the recommended amount of alcohol units per week and would like some help to reduce this
This is our in-house weight management group programme which supports you to kick start your weight loss journey through small sustainable lifestyle changes. Delivered by experienced practitioners over 12 weeks, each session includes interactive group work followed by 30 minutes of light exercise,
Man v Fat Football is the perfect weight loss programme for any male patient who loves football and is looking to lose a little weight. The programme involves a 14-week league where teams get points for losing weight as well as winning games.

We have teamed up with one Year No Beer to offer clients who are currently drinking above recommended levels FREE access to their services to help reduce their alcohol intake
Our bespoke app that enables clients to track their alcohol units, sleep patterns, minutes of activity and Fruit and Veg intake
For service users who are currently inactive, only taking part in 0-30 minutes of physical activity, that would like to become more active. You will need or want more specific and tailored support to suit your needs with a One You Exercise Referral Coach. Helping you with ways to become more active within your lifestyle and giving you tailored physical activity programmes that you can take part in at home. You will get 6 sessions which will be dependent upon how often you would like the sessions.
This is for service users who are relatively active and want to find more ways of increasing physical activity levels. The groups will be targeted physical activity sessions for specific populations!
Second Nature is our digital Weight Management offering. A Healthbox is delivered direct to your door to begin your weight loss journey at home. The box provides digital weighing scales, wearable activity tracker, recipe book and a handbook. The programme covers diet, physical activity, healthy cooking and includes the opportunity for group support.
We have partnered with popular weight loss programmes Slimming World and Weight Watchers in order to provide you with a kick start to your weight loss. The FREE 12-week programmes are available at numerous community locations across Lincolnshire. This makes them easily accessible to everyone.
